How do I sign up for the Mobility Tomorrow conference?

Registrations will open soon.

How much is the attendance fee?

There are different price settings.

  • €390 for the early bird rate (VAT excl) – SOLD OUT
  • €450 for the standard rate (VAT excl);
  • €850 for sales representatives (VAT excl);
I subscribed, but I cannot attend the Mobility Tomorrow Conference, can a colleague take my place?

Participants who are unable to attend may be replaced by a colleague. We will do the necessary to transfer the accounts. Check our general terms and conditions for more information.

Free secure bike park on the right-hand side of the Gare Maritime. Park your bike for free and receive a code by text message that you can use at the exit when you pick up your bike.

How do I register for a breakout session

There is no registration required. You can join a breakout session on the spot.

How do I sign up for the networking moment at the meeting point zone?

We use the tool “Conversation Starter” to schedule networking moments with our partners. We will send a mail to all registered participants some weeks before the event so you can set up your account and start making appointments.
